Transportation Museum

Since the subway is such an integral part of our lives (taking to and from work, around town, etc.), it was interesting and fun to visit the New York Transportation Museum one rainy Sunday afternoon. Along with learning how the subway system was planned and constructed, we also had the chance to walk through and sit in the old subway cars from the past century. Old tickets, tokens, and turnstiles were all part of this fun day in Brooklyn.

  1. At first I thought these were pictures of the real subway and I thought "how is that so clean!" Then I realized...

You should post pictures of the current subway for comparison :3

I'm glad you guys started this blog. Since I'm not on Facebook anymore I have no idea what you're up to but now I can find out!

    1. The real Subways actually aren't dirty at all. You'll see the occasional candy wrapper but nothing weird or gross. We'll do a current Subway system post in the future.
